Our Mountain Getaway offers the ultimate luxury and privacy within Schweitzer’s gated Spires Community, perched above Schweitzer Village. This new custom log home spans over 3,500 square feet, providing a truly refined mountain experience with direct ski-in/ski-out access via private Spires trails or a short drive to the village. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a heated driveway and a two-car heated garage, with ski gear lockers on both the garage level and main level for convenience. The main floor opens to stunning lake views and features a professionally designed living area with custom local furnishings, centered around a grand two-story gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with premium essentials like Heath Ceramics dishware, Made In cookware, and a Mocca Master coffee maker.
This level also hosts a king guest room with an en-suite bath and heated deck overlooking the valley, a queen guest room, an additional full bathroom, and a hot tub with miles-long views. Upstairs, you’ll find the expansive master suite with a hidden loft and breathtaking lake views, along with a double bunk room for younger guests. Each room includes a Smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, and Disney+, while SONOS soundbars allow guests to stream music or enjoy cinematic sound. The home also features a whole-home humidification system, zoned heating and cooling, and a backup generator for maximum comfort during your stay. Included with every booking are four complimentary ski passes, grocery delivery exclusive to First Turns Property Management, and a selection of wine, coffee, and snacks.
Summer Stays
Our Mountain Getaway is a serene escape for summer visitors, complete with air conditioning—one of the few properties in the Spires Community with this feature. Nestled amid pristine hiking, biking, and scenic trails, it’s a perfect base for family vacations, weddings, or a peaceful retreat. The outdoor deck offers space for meals with a view, while the hot tub provides a relaxing end to adventurous summer days. Guests can also enjoy local art, custom furniture, and mountain-lake vistas that make this property a unique luxury experience year-round.

Also included during your stay are four complimentary ski passes good for every day of you stay (a $550 per day value based on adult window lift tickets), grocery delivery (only offered through First Turns Property Management), complimentary wine, coffee, and pantry items for snacking on in between ski runs.
